Understanding Soft Skills

Soft skills are non-technical abilities that relate to how you work and interact with others. Unlike hard skills, which are specific, teachable abilities or knowledge sets (like coding, accounting, or graphic design), soft skills are more about behavior and thinking. They include a variety of interpersonal (people) skills, social skills, communication skills, character traits, attitudes, career attributes, and emotional intelligence quotients.
